A little late on commenting, but I loved this change from the norm. I completely agree with Laine about “The Shining.” Nicholson is a great actor but not the right pick for this character.
I always thought the Wicker Man remake confused “The Wicker Man” and “The Dark Secret of Harvest Home,” but now I’ll have to check out the movie that Cory mentioned.
